Midway Partners Capital Management is an independent, Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) in the state of Texas. We provide fiduciary investment management services through a long-only investment fund, but can offer separately managed accounts to select investors. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their long-term financial goals through active portfolio management. The firm was founded by Jordan Lampos in 2021 and is built on a foundation of core values.

We operate with the highest level of integrity in all business dealings. We are a fiduciary, fee-only investment manager. We always act in the best interests of our “Partners”. All of the Principal’s long-term investible net worth is invested alongside our “Partners”. We view our investors and clients as “Partners”, who share a common vision for achieving long-term investing success.
Independence
We do not rely on traditional Wall Street research, investing trends, or other managers’ investment ideas. Investment opportunities are developed internally through proprietary, fundamental research and valuation. All investment decisions are made independently.
Intrinsic Value
We believe that intrinsic value is a superior standard on which to base investment decisions. Intrinsic value is at the heart of all the investment decisions made across our programs. We shun investments justified by relative pricing techniques.

About
Jordan Lampos founded Midway Partners Capital Management (and all affiliated entities) in 2021. Jordan is responsible for all investment decisions, marketing, and management operations. The goal is to generate returns over time by selecting investments in quality businesses at market prices below conservative estimates of intrinsic value.
We believe that successful investing requires a sound philosophy, a fundamental strategy, and a patient mindset. The strategy ignores market price fluctuations and utilizes an ultra-long-term investment horizon. It uses low or no leverage and may hedge by varying cash balances. This also applies to investment selection where companies with strong balance sheets and low leverage are preferred.
We believe that concentrated portfolios provide the best opportunity to outperform broad indices overtime and low portfolio turnover provides for long-term compounding while minimizing taxable gains. To best align interests with the fund, nearly all of Jordan’s long-term investible capital is invested in the fund alongside limited partners.
Prior to founding Midway Partners Capital Management, Jordan worked at Duff & Phelps Securities, LLC (now Kroll) providing corporate finance advisory services specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Duff & Phelps, Jordan was an Associate at Shackleton Equity Partners, a boutique private equity firm, where he focused on making principal investments in small companies across a broad range of industries.
Jordan earned and received degrees from the University of Idaho and Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. Jordan has previously held the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 62, Series 63, and Series 79 securities industry registrations.
Midway Partners Capital Management was named after a business that was founded by Jordan Lampos’ grandfather and great grandfather, Midway Partners Drilling & Pump Co. It was founded in 1945 and operated for almost 75 years. While not affiliated or in the same industry, the two companies share a common set of core values. Midway Drilling & Pump Co. built a reputation of integrity and trust with clients. Midway Partners Capital Management aims to be viewed the same way in the eyes of our Partners.
